I think it sped the process up. It didn’t take only 2 weeks like some comments I read. We are on week 7 of using this product. No new spots in about 3 weeks. It is a long process! I think once a few started coming to a head, getting red, and scabbing over it triggered an inflammation process which then triggers the body to start healing the areas. I will say that before starting this product, we had all spots with no healing and new spots every day. .
